Job Description & Requirements
The Senior Accountant will provide support to the office in terms of- Able to execute month end closing and perform full sets of accounts.
- Keeping proper filing and records of customers invoices, company expenses and assisting the office manager to prepare regular payments to suppliers and vendors.
- Keeping proper filing and records of company expenses
- General office administrative support as and when needed.
- Execute GST submission or IRAS filing.
- Generate monthly Profit and Loss reports for management.
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll.
- Able to do HR functions like processing WP, EP, S Pass payroll etc
- Manage weekly overseas indent procurement.
- Experienced in having junior accountants reporting to this role.
- 3 to 4 years’ accounting working experience.
- Detailed and meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight datelines.
- Proficient in MS Office and MYOB and Xero Accounting software is essential.
- Creditable accounting qualifications.
