• Prepare clients, therapy materials, and equipment for assessments and treatment sessions
• Assist therapists in carrying out prescribed exercises, rehabilitation programmes, and group activities
• Support and conduct basic therapy sessions under the guidance and supervision of therapists
• Assist during client assessments and treatment procedures
• Communicate therapy session updates and observations to therapists and associates
• Support specialised therapy programmes and clinical initiatives as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of therapy gyms and activity areas
• Participate in training and continuous learning to enhance client care standards
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the reporting officer

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels with a Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support) or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in Occupational Therapy settings will be an added advantage
• Compassionate and service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Good communication and organisational skills
