Job Description & Requirements
- The HR and Admin Executive provides HR administrative support to various stakeholders.
- Support various department/project for stationery and IT software and hardware procurement.
- Maintain office IT systems including basic IT trouble shooting support, server safety and data management.
- Maintain proper recording of foreign worker data, training record data, staff attendance records, utility consumption monitoring record and IT inventory record.
- Handle and complete OTC enrolment monthly
- Assist with foreign worker management including pass application, issuance and cancellation.
- Purchase respective insurance for foreign workers. Worker’s bank account opening and training arrangement,
- Assist HR Manager in employee issues and government applications
- Register for job-related training for employees and apply for relevant training grants and funding
- Handle all matters pertaining to BCA builder license
- Assist in Company event organisation
- Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned
