Job Description & Requirements
  • The HR and Admin Executive provides HR administrative support to various stakeholders.
  • Support various department/project for stationery and IT software and hardware procurement.
  • Maintain office IT systems including basic IT trouble shooting support, server safety and data management.
  • Maintain proper recording of foreign worker data, training record data, staff attendance records, utility consumption monitoring record and IT inventory record.
  • Handle and complete OTC enrolment monthly
  • Assist with foreign worker management including pass application, issuance and cancellation.
  • Purchase respective insurance for foreign workers. Worker’s bank account opening and training arrangement,
  • Assist HR Manager in employee issues and government applications
  • Register for job-related training for employees and apply for relevant training grants and funding
  • Handle all matters pertaining to BCA builder license
  • Assist in Company event organisation
  • Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned
