The Opportunity

Responsibilities:

As a key member in Trading and Investment Platform Management Team, you will oversee end-to-end product responsible in providing domain knowledge and support on various products under management. You will also be accountable for new product platform delivery road maps to support platform advancement and growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end product management across trading and investment platforms and driving roadmap execution and delivery.
  2. Contribute to solving matters related to production issues, especially if further platform enhancements are required.
  3. Technical knowledge on back-end platform development and maintenance
  4. Capable to perform technical & impact analysis on feature enhancements and production issues
  5. Support user live verification (User LV) for project release and platform maintenance purposes during weekend.
  6. Monitor and resolve platform production issues, ensuring timely root cause analysis and fixes.
  7. Manage product backlog, enhancements, and feature releases, ensuring timely delivery.
  8. Define product scope, requirements, and user stories within an Agile delivery model.
  9. Partner with Technology, Operations, front-line teams, and external vendors to ensure optimal platform performance.
  10. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various wealth business segments and countries.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with exposure to Trade Lifecycle, preferably in the financial services industry.
  3. Strong understanding of various trading and investment products
  4. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of trading products and financial markets.
  5. Quick learner, with positive attitude towards initiating and making change happen.
  6. Methodical and systematic, good at defining and documenting standard operating procedures and refining existing established procedures.
  7. Driven and results-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  8. Team player with good interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  9. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
