Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive project planning, including scheduling and effort estimation
Maintain project trackers, Gantt charts, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource readiness and timely delivery
Review and validate project deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in documentation
Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary
Support pre-sales activities by participating in tender briefings and contributing to project scoping
Conduct project closure activities, including documentation, reviews, and lessons learned sharing
Mentor Project Specialists, promoting best practices and adherence to processes
Drive effective version control, standardized documentation structures, and optimal use of SharePoint

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, with hands-on delivery in systems integration or enterprise technology environments
Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase technical projects
Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools such as Gantt charts, trackers, and SharePoint
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail, with a structured approach to documentation and reporting
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and mentor junior team members
Experience in developing scopes of work (SOW), project schedules, and delivery checklists
Confident in presenting project plans, managing timelines, and escalating issues when required
