What You’ll Be Doing
This is a full-cycle recruitment and business development role. You will be trained to:
- Source and headhunt mid-to-senior level tech professionals
- Qualify, manage and advise candidates throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Build new client relationships through business development
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish
- Proactively sell and negotiate at multiple levels
