PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learning & Development Programme Support
- Support the identification of learning needs and assist in translating requirements into structured training plans and learning journeys.
- Support the implementation of L&D and talent development programmes in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Track and update participant progress, learning milestones, and development outcomes.
- Training Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including registration, scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain accurate training records, learning documentation, attendance, and evaluation data in relevant systems.
- Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative processes related to training programmes.
- Talent Development & Participant Management
- Support end-to-end talent and trainee programmes, including onboarding, training coordination, engagement activities, and offboarding.
- Monitor participants’ attendance, conduct, learning progress, and overall experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for participants for routine queries, guidance, and support.
- Stakeholder & Engagement Support
- Coordinate with internal teams, mentors, trainers, and external partners to support programme delivery.
- Assist in organising learning events, networking sessions, career talks, and industry exposure activities.
- Support participant engagement, welfare coordination, and experience management.
- Evaluation, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Administer post-training evaluations, collect feedback, and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure documentation and programme processes comply with organisational policies and established procedures.
- Contribute suggestions and ideas for continuous improvement of programmes and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR or related fields.
- Strong understanding of training frameworks, competency development, and talent management.
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
