Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the workplace design industry.
- Create compelling content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, social media posts) that highlights our expertise and engages our target audience.
- Manage and maintain the company website and online presence, ensuring a user-friendly and informative experience.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (website, social media, email, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and reporting tools.
- Oversee the development and distribution of marketing materials, including presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, preferably in landed property or commercial design projects.
- Strong understanding of current trends in luxury design and the built environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Experience in content creation (e.g., company profiles), social media, and email marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
