Immediate Vacancy: Accounting Associate & Senior Accounting Associate

We are hiring for two positions: Accounting Associate (junior role) and Senior Accounting Associate (senior role), offering structured training, career progression and opportunities to work with diverse client portfolios.

(1) Accounting Associate (Junior Role)

• Assist with bookkeeping and client accounts
• Support month-end, quarterly GST and year-end closing activities
• Prepare payment vouchers and maintain client documentation
• On-job training provided
• Work closely with seniors on assigned clients portfolios

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, N/O-Level with Principles of Accounts (POA), or related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficient in accounting software QuickBooks, Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Willing to learn & adapt to new processes
• State current and expected salary

(2) Senior Accounting Associate (Senior Role)

• Handle full sets of accounts for client portfolios
• Preparing monthly, quarterly GST, quarterly and yearly reports
• Review junior staff work and ensure accuracy
• Liaise with clients & auditors
• Prepare and review accounting work, schedules, GST filings, and financial reports
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements
• Work closely with other seniors
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, O-Level with Principles of Accounts (POA), or related field
• Min 3 years of relevant experience
• Added advantage for accounting firm experience
• Familiar in accounting software QuickBooks, Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and client-handling skill
• Willing to learn & adapt to new processes
