Job Responsibilites

  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment and vendor coordination.
  • Handle general communication such as answering phone calls and managing emails.
  • Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) for administrative and accounting documents.
  • Provide general assistance to the team and management for administrative or finance-related tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
