Our Client:

Our client is a premium international luxury retailer known for its exquisite fine jewelry and exceptional customer service. Will be opening their new store in Singapore at MBS

Need to work on weekends and PH

Location: MBS

Job Responsibilities (Sales Associate):

• Customer Engagement – Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry products tailored to their preferences and budget
• Sales & Transactions – Process purchases, issue invoices, and handle payments with accuracy
• Store Presentation – Maintain and display jewelry products securely and attractively
• Inventory Management – Conduct stock checks and assist with store inventory
• After-Sales Support – Address customer inquiries and ensure seamless shopping

Job Responsibilities (Supervisor):

• Oversee daily store operations including cashiering, inventory control, housekeeping, and administration.
• Monitor sales performance; prepare daily and monthly reports on business trends and performance.
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff to meet performance targets.
• Act as the liaison between the store and the head office, maintaining effective communication and public relations.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Previous retail experience (luxury retail or jewelry experience is a plus!) [Supervisor require minimum 6-8 yrs experience & supervising experience]
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible when handling high-value transactions
• A passion for luxury retail and a keen interest in jewelry
• Able to communicate to with diverse customer base
• Able to handle products with utmost care
