Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Community
This role requires a blend of creativity, communication skills, and a deep understanding of community dynamics
Manage community through various communication channels including but not limited to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Telegram
Foster relationship with community members to encourage active participation and informative environment
Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person events to facilitate community interaction
Track and analyse community metrics to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement
Assist with identifying brand ambassadors within the community
Provide educational onboarding within community for new users
What We’re Looking Forbachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5 years’ experience in community management or social media related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with social media platforms, community forums, and other relevant tools
Creative thinker with the ability to execute innovative engagement strategies
Analytical mindset to use data to influence decision making
