Dishwasher
Working Address: Orchard
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (weekends and public holidays as per shift)
Shift-based, 44 hours per week (Split shift / First half / Second half)
Our client is seeking a Dishwasher to support smooth kitchen operations.
This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness of dishware, utensils, and equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and the kitchen team.
No prior experience is required—an excellent entry point into the F&B industry, with opportunities to progress into kitchen roles.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
- Keep the kitchen and dishwashing area clean and well-organized
- Manage waste disposal in line with hygiene standards
- Assist with receiving deliveries of supplies and ingredients
- Provide general support to kitchen staff (e.g., basic prep tasks)
- Adhere to HACCP and food hygiene standards
Note: This role involves prolonged periods of standing and physical tasks such as carrying dishware and equipment.
Qualification and Requirements:
Essential:
- Diligent and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic communication skills sufficient to perform the role
Preferred:
- Prior experience in F&B or kitchen environments
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices
- Interest in growing into a kitchen staff role
