• Kitchen Staff – Job Responsibilities

Applicants with at least 1 year of kitchen experience are preferred.

This is a full-time position (6 days a week, 60 hours total).

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in food preparation (e.g. chopping vegetables, marinating chicken, portioning ingredients)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Store food items properly and manage stock rotation (FIFO)
• Receive and organize kitchen deliveries
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team for smooth operations

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
• Certificate in Food Hygiene Level 1 (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
• Ability to multitask and follow directions
• Punctual, responsible, and a team player
