Key Responsibilities
QEHS Framework & Policy Management- Policy Implementation: Assist in developing, rolling out, and monitoring comprehensive QEHS policies, workflows, and promotional programs aligned with localized statutory requirements and global industry best practices.
- Continuous Monitoring: Keep abreast of evolving local laws, environmental regulations, and technical advancements in health and safety management to ensure organizational agility and compliance.
- Internal Audits: Plan and execute rigorous internal QEHS audits and on-site inspections to verify strict compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Corrective Actions: Identify potential hazards, operational bottlenecks, or non-conformances; recommend and track the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Performance Tracking: Support the systematic collection, tracking, and analysis of key QEHS metrics and performance data.
- Data-Driven Insights: Compile technical reports and dashboards to provide management and engineering leaders with actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Safety Culture: Collaborate daily with cross-functional stakeholders—including operations, engineering, and project management teams—to foster a robust, transparent safety culture on-site.
- Sustainability & CSR: Support corporate sustainability initiatives and contribute to corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs that reflect company values and green objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Practical familiarity with internationally recognized management standards—specifically ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)—is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical capabilities with sharp attention to detail, suited for risk assessment and data evaluation.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple compliance projects or site inspections simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of effectively engaging and influencing diverse project teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, matched with a dedication to continuous learning and operational improvement.
