Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with business unit goals
Coordinate advertising, promotions, in-store materials, price changes, and new product launches
Conduct market research to track consumer trends, competitor activities, and key market insights
Perform regular store visits to review product visibility and gather retail intelligence
Monitor and analyze trade marketing campaign performance; propose improvements based on data
Collaborate with creative and digital agencies on content updates and visual merchandising
Prepare marketing performance reports and support ad-hoc marketing activities as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing or a similar role
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools
