Part Time Accounts Executive (Funeral Service)

• Office Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore
• Working Hours: 8.30 am – 5.30pm for 3 days weekly
• Monthly Salary: basic up to $2000
• Employment Type: up to 6 months contract

• Manage full sets of accounts, including preparation of management reports.
• Handle GST compilation and submission, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany billing processes.
• Verify client invoices, track payments, and generate monthly sales reports.
• Process vendor invoices, supplier payments, and employee expense claims.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents, and support other ad‑hoc finance duties as required.

• Minimum Diploma in related field
• Minimum 1 year of full set account experience
• Proficient with Business Central 365 & MYOB accounting system
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
