Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations teams across Asia, driving collaboration and performance excellence.
- Manage supply chain processes including demand planning, warehousing, order fulfilment, and logistics.
- Ensure cost-effective and compliant operations in line with international standards and local regulations.
- Oversee vendor and third-party logistics provider relationships, ensuring service quality and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
- Partner with commercial and finance teams to support forecasting, order management, and escalations.
- Provide strategic insights and operational reporting to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- 10+ years’ operations and supply chain leadership experience in a regional capacity.
- Expertise in ERP/WMS systems and cross-border logistics.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills with multicultural team experience.
