Job Description:

Be responsible for Post-sales activities of supported Cybersecurity products.
Involve in Large-scale (Local & Regional) Project Implementation.
Provide on-site implementation services including testing, deployment & documentation.
Provide technical support in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyse and clarify customer queries though troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues
Be on routine standby to support 24x7 maintenance support call
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
Relevant experience in IT industry providing network support and administration.
Equip with knowledge & experience in networking such as routing and switching technology.
