Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Manager (ID4722)
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.00am – 5.00pm)

Salary: $5000-$5500

Job Scope (Responsibilities):

Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
Experience in control inventory/ FIFO/ product expiry date in proper formula and format
In charge of stock take

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager (3-5 year) in leading a team for cold room warehouse (-18 degree C) and logistic team preferred
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
