Toa Payoh - Retail Assistant (Orchard)

The Retail Sales Assistant plays a vital role in driving store sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting operational efficiency. This position also contributes to store-level innovation and productivity efforts. To ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience, the Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for managing in-store order fulfilment and providing timely, accurate service across all customer touchpoints.

• Engage proactively with customers to promote and sell products while delivering a positive, professional experience
• Generate new business opportunities through walk-in traffic and phone enquiries
• Maintain consistent service excellence in line with company standards
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously
• Support day-to-day store operations, including invoicing, packing, stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, and conducting inventory checks
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising to ensure a well-presented store environment

• Minimum qualification: ITE / Diploma / Degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Prior experience in customer service or retail
