Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Staffing
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies, ensuring hiring decisions align with organizational needs.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for various positions, including identifying high-potential employees for career development.
Employee Relations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact between employees and management, addressing grievances, concerns, and providing advice on workplace issues.
Training & Development
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Support management in developing leadership capabilities through targeted training and mentorship.
Performance Management
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback.
  • Guide managers and employees through the performance review process and support professional development plans.
  • Monitor and analyze employee performance and productivity, providing recommendations to improve individual and team performance.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist in the development and management of compensation, bonus programs and incentive schemes.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking of compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and equity.
Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, implementing changes to policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Draft, review, and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, coordinating with legal advisors or government agencies when necessary.
HR Administration
  • Oversee HR administrative functions such as payroll processing, employee leave management, and HR software systems.
  • Ensure that all HR-related documentation and data are kept confidential and up to date.
Strategic HR Planning
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
  • Work with senior leadership to align HR practices with overall company goals and objectives, providing HE insights that inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, including turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Promote employee well-being and health initiatives, ensuring a safe, inclusive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial or leadership role.
