HR Executive

We are looking for a hands-on, meticulous, dependable, and driven HR Executive to join our team. You will gain valuable exposure to payroll, workforce administration, employment regulations, and employee operations while working closely with various stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support accurate and timely monthly payroll processing
• Handle employee records and maintain HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
• Manage daily HR operations, including leave, claims, attendance, and benefits administration
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions

• Oversee work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation
• Support government-paid leave claims, NS make-up pay processing, and statutory submissions
• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment regulations and company policies
• Assist in handling HR documentation and operational compliance matters

• Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR and payroll matters
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders when required
• Support process improvements and contribute to efficient HR operations
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting manager

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant HR or payroll experience preferred
• Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, payroll systems, and HRIS platforms
• Strong attention to detail with good numerical accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is advantageous to support operational needs
• An immediate starter would be preferred
• Candidates must possess local residency status in Singapore
