Interior Designer (3D & 2D) - Remote work - Geylang

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with expertise in both 2D and 3D design to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Work from rough sketches and specifications created by the project manager
Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software.
Draft and prepare layout drawings.
Collaborate with designers, contractors and project managers on projects.
Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
Knowledgeable to draw for C&S, Mechanical and Electrical works using CAD
Manage project site vendors and progress
Ensure all works meet quality standards and government regulations
Ensure that the expenditure of the projects are kept within budget
Attend meetings and liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and any other parties involved in the project
Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation
Ensure that all the defects have been rectified before the arrangement for pre-site inspection
Perform any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in interior design or related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Singapore.
Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Proven expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization.
