Job Responsibilities This position is for Deputy Section Head under Treasury Operations Supervise daily operations of the treasury back office, including transaction processing, settlements, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Manage and monitor risk controls related to treasury activities. Coordinate with front office, IT, and other departments to resolve operational issues. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and review reports for management and regulatory purposes.
Train, mentor, and develop team members. Handle audits and support implementation of new systems or products. Job Requirements Minimum 10 years' experience in treasury operations Strong knowledge of treasury products (FX, MM, derivatives, etc.) and settlement processes. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant treasury systems
