RPA & Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Salary: S$5,000 -S$6,500

Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. They are seeking for RPA & AI Engineer to join our Production Service Innovation team. In this role, you will work with experienced engineers and stakeholders to design and implement practical AI-driven automation solutions that improve business processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI, RPA, and real-world deployments.

1. Identify & Analyze Automation Opportunities

• Work with Production Service, Sales, and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities
• Map existing workflows and propose AI + RPA solutions

1. Develop & Prototype Solutions

• Build proof-of-concepts using low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) or Python
• Design end-to-end automation (e.g., AI data extraction → RPA execution)

1. Design & Implement RPA Workflows

• Develop bots for tasks such as data entry, reporting, and system integration
• Ensure smooth integration with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365)

1. Integrate AI with Automation

• Configure and apply AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics)
• Embed AI APIs into RPA workflows for intelligent automation

1. Monitor, Optimize & Improve

• Track performance (accuracy, success rate, time saved)
• Refine models, workflows, and automation logic based on feedback

1. Documentation & User Support

• Create user guides and training materials
• Support users and troubleshoot automation issues

1. Reporting & Innovation

• Prepare reports on performance, ROI, and improvements
• Stay updated on AI and RPA trends and recommend new solutions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 3 years of RPA (how to design, test, deploy bots using platforms like Power Automate or UiPath) and strong programming skills in Python (experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn)
• At least 3 years of core AI/ML concepts (e.g., algorithms, evaluation metrics, overfitting/underfitting)
• Eagerness to learn new tools and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving mindset, logical thinking, and a collaborative spirit.
