We are seeking a self-driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will connect employers with the right candidates by managing the end-to-end hiring process, from client engagement and candidate sourcing to successful placements.

Job Scope

Candidate sourcing – attracting, headhunting, and screening potential candidates.
Recruitment process – coordinating interviews, giving feedback, and ensuring smooth placements.
Negotiation & advisory – managing offers, salary discussions, and providing market insights.

Job Requirement

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates.
Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve targets and KPIs.
Good negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
