VP/Manager, Business Development (Education) (ID: 699816)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies in sectors beyond early childhood education.
• Identify new market opportunities for local and international expansion.
• Analyze industry trends and assess needs of customers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, government bodies, corporate partners, and educational institutions.
• Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
• Drive revenue growth through the establishment of new business channels like franchising and licensing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create scalable programs and enhance existing products.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team, setting KPIs and monitoring their performance.
• Develop business cases and forecasts for initiatives while tracking performance metrics and ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, strategy, or commercial roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in engaging with diverse sectors, particularly with education-related products.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of education regulations and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience in franchising, familiarity with digital learning platforms, and background in regional or international market expansion.
