Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the review, design, development, implementation, assessment and evaluation of both WSQ curriculum and instructional materials.
- Able to map the curriculum to the various skills framework
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content
- Conduct feedback reviews with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of the curriculum and instructional materials, and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Qualified curriculum developer with ACTA/ACLP/DDDLP trainer certification to conduct WSQ funded courses
- Experience in WSQ curriculum review, design, development and successful accreditation in SSG
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Data analysis skills to inform and improve training outcome
