- Conduct inspection and coordinate the preventive maintenance works with the contractors
- Ensure that all building installations and equipment are maintained according to schedule and are in good working condition
- Handle enquiries from shop tenants/lessees and the general public on matters relating to the site.
Requirements:
- At least Nitec in Facilities Management/M&E/Electrical with 1-2 years of relevant experience
