Sales Associate/ Senior Sales Associate

Location: MBS

Salary:

Sales Associate: $3500 - $6000

Working days and time: 5 days a week, 8 hours (2 shifts - as assigned by manager)

Need work on weekends and PH

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry products based on their preferences and budget.

Provide detailed product information, including gold purity, pricing, and market trends.
Handle sales transactions, process payments, and issue invoices accurately.
Maintain and display jewelry and bullion in an organized and secure manner.
Conduct stock checks and assist in inventory management.
Ensure compliance with security and handling procedures for high-value items.
Keep updated on prices and promotions to inform customers effectively.

Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales service when required.

Requirements: Previous experience in retail, willing to learn

Strong communication and customer service skills

Honest, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-value transactions responsibly
