Sales Executive - Bukit Batok

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and schedule meetings with potential clients. The role involves reaching out to prospects through phone calls, text messages, emails, and online sources, as well as converting these engagements into face-to-face appointments and business opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls, send text messages, and draft emails to prospective clients from existing databases, business cards, referrals, and internet sources.
2. Research and identify new prospects using online tools, directories, and professional networks.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
4. Schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings for the sales team with potential clients.
5. Support the sales team in preparing for meetings by sharing client background information.
6. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
7. Assist in follow-ups after meetings to ensure smooth progression of the sales cycle.
8. Build and maintain a professional relationship with prospective clients.

Requirements:

1. Any Diploma/Degree
2. Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales is an advantage.
3. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
4. Proficient in email drafting, internet research, and use of Microsoft Office/CRM tools.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
