The successful candidate will be stationed at the processing facility and assist in conducting quality & safety checks across raw materials, processing stages, and finished products to ensure food safety and quality compliance.

Support internal/external quality audits and ensure compliance with industry and safety standards.
Ensure that all company food safety and quality assurance procedures are followed and documented correctly at all times.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Hygiene, Sanitation & Environmental Monitoring.
Ensure compliance with quality specs like shelf life and label accuracy.
Training in hygiene, allergen handling, SOP adherence, and food safety responsibility.
Train production staff on QC procedures, sanitation practices, and inspection best practices.
A hands-on role ensuring product safety and quality from raw materials through finished goods.
Strong knowledge of food safety systems.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Capability to coach and influence production teams and drive corrective actions.
