As an Assistant Manager (Senior Engineer), Ticket Service Provider, you will oversee the planning and implementation of ticketing devices across the public transport network. You will also coordinate with stakeholders, manage asset replacement and troubleshooting, and ensure proper documentation to support reliable system performance.
Key Tasks You Will Be Involved In- Lead and coordinate all activities with external stakeholders for upcoming ticketing devices related projects.
- Collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractors and relevant stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute the infrastructure setup for ticketing machines and ticketing offices across MRT stations and bus interchanges.
- Support asset replacement, development, and enhancement activities by evaluating ticketing device components, ensuring system compatibility, and provide expertise in electrical and electronic systems to improve performance.
- Collaborate with design teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support the design and integration of ticketing machines.
- Coordinate in the fabrication and assembly of the ticketing kiosks, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and regulatory standards in all projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to maintenance teams for electrical and electronic issues related to ticketing devices.
- Assist in investigating system faults, implementing corrective measures, and recommending design enhancements as required.
- Prepare and develop various documentations such as Tender Documents, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)s, Work Instruction (WI) and Reports, ensuring accuracy and monitoring the validity and expiry.
- Perform any other duties as instructed by Reporting Officer.

This role might be for you if you have:
- Strong training in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of electrical and electronic systems compatibility and integration principles.
- 2-4 years of experience in M&E-related projects (preferably in design and development field)
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and hardware specifications.
- Proficiency in CAD drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD or SolidWorks) will be an advantage.
- Able to work well independently and in a team under a challenging and fast-paced environment.
