Role Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Senior Business Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations across our business in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of business operations, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a proactive mindset to improve efficiency and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong by coordinating with local teams and ensuring smooth execution of business activities.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and dependencies related to procurement, logistics, and stock availability.
- Coordinate and monitor operational tasks to ensure alignment with overall project schedules, milestones, and client requirements.
- Provide support in project planning and execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams and updating stakeholders on operational progress.
- Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchase order tracking.
- Coordinate logistics planning to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock control activities to meet operational requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, technical) to resolve operational issues and fulfill business needs.
- Maintain operational documentation and assist in preparing reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business or operations support, preferably in a system integration and/or IT reseller environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across teams and regions.
- A hands-on and proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
- Good understanding of project coordination and timeline tracking; experience supporting project execution is a plus.
- Experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) is a plus.
