about the job- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models, including proforma P&L and discounted cash flow scenarios for business valuation and strategic decision-making.
- Finance Transformation: Support the implementation of new financial planning and management (EPM) systems, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with budget owners to prepare mid-year forecasts and year-end budgets, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, variances, and trends.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying variances between budget and actuals, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Revenue Model Review: Review and challenge revenue models, ensuring accuracy and understanding of growth drivers.
skills and experience required
You should ideally have a degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting with at least 5 years of handson experience in analysis and business partnering. You need to be agile and communicative. Office is in the CBD, 3 days work in office, 2 days work from home.Good culture, close knitted team.
