Job requirement:
Report to Chief Baker
Prepare a variety of baked goods, French pastries, and confections.
Measure ingredients and operate baking/kitchen equipment per SOPs to ensure consistent quality.
Decorate pastries and desserts for appealing presentation.
Pack, store, and handle raw materials and finished products following food safety and hygiene standards (NEA / company SOPs).
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and tools.
Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and kitchen protocols at all times.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
2–3 years of bakery experience.
Basic food hygiene certification preferred.
Working days and timing:5days, 5am-2pm (2 day off follow weekl rooster not necessary off on weekend)
