Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day general admin and office tasks independently.
- Maintain and coordinate various company matters, including communication with colleagues in China.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain office equipment, manage the office cleaners, supplies and facilities.
- Handle contract-related documents, including proofreading contracts, preparing pre- and post-signoff documents, and filing.
- Prepare regular sales reports and perform basic data analysis as required.
- Provide support for any other ad-hoc duties assigned by other Teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline.
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in both administrative and sales admin roles.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and general Windows operation.
- Willingness to learn and use AI tools or other new technologies to improve efficiency.
