Business Development Manager (Logistics)

Our client is a well-established MNC within the logistics and supply chain sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to support growth in local, regional and global accounts. They are located in the Central and East – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Drive acquisition of new customers across targeted industries, including large regional and global accounts
• Build, manage, and maintain a structured sales pipeline with clear tracking of opportunities and conversion progress
• Develop account penetration strategies and engage key stakeholders across multiple levels within client organizations
• Lead commercial discussions covering solution design, pricing structures, and contract negotiations
• Achieve assigned revenue and gross profit objectives while ensuring sustainable business margins
• Coordinate with internal operations teams and overseas counterparts to implement logistics solutions across multiple countries
• Prepare and deliver proposals, service presentations, and solution briefings aligned with customer requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, quotations, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
• Support billing follow-ups in collaboration with finance teams to ensure timely collection
• Monitor market movements and identify new opportunities to expand market share

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development within freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL industry
• Exposure to handling regional or multinational client accounts in cross-border logistics coordination and solution development
• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured pipeline management
• Min. Diploma or Degree in relevant field or equivalent industry experience
