Digital Product Manager (Banking, Central)
We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to lead the enhancement and optimisation of our equity trading platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong product knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver a superior client experience.
12 Month contract

Key Responsibilities- Deep Market Understanding
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of equity trading products.
- Keep abreast of current market trends to anticipate future client needs.
- Ensure the platform empowers clients to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Collaborative Leadership
- Foster strong partnerships with Product Managers, Technology, Operations, and various wealth business segments and countries.
- Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team environment to encourage creativity and efficiency.
- Project Management
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Scrum and Agile frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and changes effectively to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Driven and Results-Oriented
- Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving product objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and user experience.
- Data-Driven Optimization
- Analyse platform usage data, client feedback, and market trends to continuously refine the platform for optimal client performance.
- Business Continuation
- Support user live verification (User LV) for project releases and platform maintenance.
- Contribute to resolving production issues, especially when platform enhancements are required.
- Maintain back-office data configuration setup, such as trading calendars.
