Architectural Coordinator | Project Coordinator - Geylang

We are seeking an Architectural / Project Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, and site execution. This role involves liaising with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design accuracy, smooth workflow, and timely project delivery.

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000 (Depending on experience)
• Working days & hours: 5.5 days to 6 days
• Location: Ubi

Job Scope:

• Coordinate architectural drawings and design details.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure design intent is followed during construction.
• Resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.

• Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and records.
• Track project schedules, resources, and progress.
• Support project team in coordination and communication.
• Handle site correspondence and administrative tasks.
• Assist in ensuring smooth workflow between office and site.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.
• Candidates with minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant experience relevant experience in the construction industry are welcome to apply
