Job Description
- Assist and manage Sales and Administrative related operations and procedures
- Update and maintain customers information of CRM (Customer Relations Management) system Knowledge of Microsoft Office / WPS
- Able to work in a fast pace & high-expectation environment
- Handle high volume of student applications
- Has experience in writing personal statement, resume & other introduction for school’s application
- Coordinating & liaising with other departments in order to complete the registration of the student’s application
- Knowledge and experience in International student recruitment preferred
- Assist with Visa completion for students/parents at ICA
- Accompany the student/parent for campus tour and serve as a translator when required
Requirement:
- Strong command of English especially in written form
- With 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Excellent communication in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Chinese speaking customers and associates)
- At least a degree holder in any field
- Able to start work immediately
- Willing to work on weekend
- Sales experance will add in advantage
