- Lead menu planning and development for catering operations, ensuring quality, nutrition, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Create and introduce new menu concepts, seasonal offerings, and customized menus based on client requirements.
- Oversee kitchen operations across multiple sites to ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Standardize recipes, cooking methods, and portion control to maintain operational consistency and efficiency.
- Support client meetings, food tastings, presentations, and business development activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies through regular inspections and audits.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen teams, while developing staff capabilities and maintaining strong team performance.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to improve productivity, manpower planning, and overall kitchen operations.
- At least 10 years of culinary experience, including leadership as Executive Chef or Head Chef.
- Familiar with Asian and Western cuisines.
- Strong leadership and execution skills.
