The Job
A. Support Merchant Onboarding Process:

Collaborate with the sales team and onboarding specialist to successfully onboard new merchants
Assist in collection of content and information from merchants

B. Support Reservations BU Marketing Efforts:

Create and maintain Marketing pages and guides.
Update campaign content and promotions on the web and app platforms

C. Boosting Merchant Engagement:

Engaging merchants within incubation period to boost stickiness to product
Monitor system adoption and provide actionable recommendations to enhance system usage and merchant satisfaction

The Talent

Fast-learner with past experience working in operational support role
Basic proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel
Familiarity with merchant onboarding platforms or CRM tools
Background in digital marketing or content management
Previous experience in customer success or client engagement roles
Prior sales / F&B experience would be helpful
