6 Months Data Analyst (Validation) - Bukit Merah

The Data Validation Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of customer experience feedback data. This role supports strategic decision-making by validating survey responses and customer interaction data across multiple insurance touchpoints, helping improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate customer experience data from surveys, call centre logs, emails, and digital, and social media platforms.
• Identify, document, and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies.
• Collaborate with customer research and analytics teams to ensure data integrity for sentiment analysis and trend reporting.
• Support the development of dashboards and reports that reflect accurate customer sentiment and satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

• Education – Diploma or Degree holders, preferably in business, finance
• Experience – prefer to have 1+ years in data validation, data analysis, or quality assurance within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Data driven and results oriented
• High level of attention to details and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
