Job Description:

Reports to: HR Senior Executive

Functional Relationships with: All departments in the company

Position Profile: The successful candidate will be involved in company-wide Digital transformation activities and HR data analytics.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Involve and support Digital transformation activities and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• To support the team in understanding data reporting and analysis requirements from various departments.
• Propose a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create management information, business insights, and projections for HR and manpower planning purposes.
• Perform analytics on HR data to identify future risks and opportunities.
• Support in preparing action plans to implement decisions for enhancing business and HR performance based on data analytics.

Ability/Competency Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Strong team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• IT programming skills will be an added advantage
