Job Summary

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with different stakeholders.

• Event strategy : Develop and execute event strategies that align with investor outreach goals and objectives.
• Event planning : Plan and coordinate logistics for a range of high-profile events, including investor meetings, site visits, client outreach events and industry conferences.
• Vendor and venue oversight: liaise with external vendors, venues and other service providers to ensure professional and seamless execution.
• Relationship management : work closely with client management and portfolio managers to ensure events support relationship-building with key stakeholders and drive investor engagement.
• Budget management : Manage events budget and ensure cost-effective planning centrally across all funds.
• Execution and follow up : Run event execution, troubleshoot issues, and follow up with attendees to post-event to gather feedback to refine future event strategies and increase effectiveness.
• Post-event reporting: conduct attendee follow-up, gather feedback, track engagement metrics and refine event strategy and process accordingly.

Job Requirements

Pre-requisites:

• 7-10 years of experience in events management preferably in a financial services or asset management company.
• Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex event details and ensure seamless execution.
