Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue:

• Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets for the Beauty TCM Wellness Spa outlet.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for beauty treatments, spa packages, and retail products.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Guest Experience:

• Ensure the highest standard of customers service and satisfaction at all times.
• Handle daily bookings, guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote marketing programs, special offers, and upsell services to maximize revenue.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise beauty & spa therapists, receptionists, and other outlet staff.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Foster a professional, positive, and collaborative team environment.

Operations Management:

• Oversee all daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory of beauty products, spa supplies, and retail items, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Reporting:

• Generate and submit regular sales and operational reports to the Director / management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager, Spa Manager, or similar role in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and spa management software.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Diploma or degree in Beauty Therapy, Spa Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
