Executive, Operations Billing

Description:

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in accordance with contracts, milestones, and supporting documentation
• Perform billing accuracy checks, including reconciliations against sales orders, work orders, and approved billing requests
• Coordinate with operations, contract administration, and commercial teams to resolve billing queries and discrepancies
• Ensure billing is processed in accordance with internal SOPs, control requirements, and audit standards
• Maintain proper documentation and records to support audits and management reviews
• Support month‑end closing activities related to revenue recognition and billing cut‑off
• Monitor billing status and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely billing
• Assist in process improvements and system enhancements related to billing operations
• Support ad‑hoc reporting and analysis related to billing and revenue
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in billing, order‑to‑cash, or finance operations
• Familiarity with billing processes
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross‑functional teams
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
