- About the Role
We are partnering with an established international engineering solutions provider with a strong footprint across Asia. The company specializes in advanced flow control and fire protection systems, supporting critical infrastructure such as energy facilities, industrial plants, and transportation projects.
This role offers a hybrid exposure to technical engineering and commercial functions, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both problem-solving and client engagement.- Key Responsibilities
- Interpret technical specifications and support preparation of proposals and tenders
- Work closely with internal engineering teams and overseas factories for technical clarifications, drawings, and solutions
- Support sales team with product selection, application design, and technical presentations
- Attend client meetings, project discussions, and deliver technical briefings or product training sessions
- Review customer orders and ensure alignment with project requirements and specifications
- Track project progress, timelines, and technical deliverables
- Provide after-sales technical support, including responding to customer queries and troubleshooting issues
- Assist with documentation such as test reports, drawings, and inspection records
- Support regional business development activities and occasional site visits across Asia
- Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical related)
- Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given
- Good to have experience in instrumentation, valves, fire protection, or industrial systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Comfortable with regional travel on short notice
- Strong communication skills with ability to conduct presentations, training, or seminars
- Independent, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to take on both technical and commercial responsibilities
